We often are inspired by the relationships that our pets have. It is amazing to watch them being completely unconcerned about what breed, species or even color that one another are. They just want to play and chase one another around in fun.

I Joined the Impact because...We want to make a difference. We will no longer be one of those "old married couples" that just keep ourselves in a closet. We've been there for too many years (as individuals and as a married couple).

There are so many gay teens that need proper direction.

They need to see gay couples as solid citizens and productive members of society rather than identify with the readily-available smut that the internet engines promote as being "gay", "lesbian", "bi-sexual" or "transgendered".

We believe that those teens should have examples of the LGBT community whom are stable. Perhaps then they will have an alternative prerogative as an option for themselves. Perhaps then they will be able to see that independence is a "must" for anyone that needs to free themselves from the [perceived] social expectations from family members or religious affiliations. That means education, whether it be technical or academic.
