Hello, my name is [Janet]!
The best word to describe me is: I would have been a great "Jewish Mother" if I was Jewish that is. That's really two words. Favorite historical movement: Civil Rights, it pretty much covers it all. My inspiration: My Children, My Husband I Joined the Impact because...Not enough space to say everything. I am married 31 yrs, have gay friends, but their situation never impacted me. I was clueless until I started on this journey with my son. When I really realized what obstacles he faces every single day I could drop to my knees and cry. And he has always faced discrimination with such grace, never complains. How could I not stand up for his rights and every other gay person who is discriminated against. The best thing I can give my son is to tell him I wouldnt change a thing about him, well maybe his housecleaning habits. But seriously, he is perfect the way he is, and I am privilaged and a better person to be a part of his journey. He is perfect. Share your favorites
