i went to zlb plasma in hamilton ohio,trying to make some gas money like everyone else can do.i was denied at first because i didnt have an updated state id,from wher i changed my name legally(it was stolen)i did have my judgement issue from court,birth certificate,both new and old socials,and my old id.ok so i spend a week scrounging up enough to get my new id,and go back.this time they acceptedme in the front door.i sat ther for three hours before the second door,wher they took my pic and put me in thier system as transgendered.in the third door i was told that they do not accept blood from trannies because we are supposedly a high risk catagory,subclass of the homosexual male.they did have a list of things you cant be,transgendered was not on that list.niether were lesbians for that matter only gay men. they could have told me initially that i was unable to donate,but was told to come back.so i did.they could have told me when i came back before i spent three hours waiting,all they wanted was to put me in thier system so that i can never donate anywher again.they wasted my gas,my time,my money (that i didnt have)only to use my info against me.i would like to sue but as i said im poor.i left so pissed off and frustrated that i ended up wrecking my car a little later.fuck zlb plasma,my bloods good,i request a ban on thier organization,anyone down?or have an enlightening thought on how to bringabout a legal change too my area.i am no more high risk than anyone else...
