The best word to describe me is: compassionate Favorite historical movement: Stonewall My inspiration: I get my inspiration from my faith, from my family and from my husband! I Joined the Impact because I struggled with being gay for many years. I couldn't reconcile being gay and Christian. I couldn't imagine not being Christian, so I tried to not be gay. After being involved with two ex-gay ministries, I finally came to grips with being gay and Christian. I know without a doubt that God only wants me to be the best person I can be, that includes being gay. He brought into my life a wonderful man. Bryan and I have been together 8 years. I can't imagine life without him. He is my knight in shining armor. I love him with all my heart. I Joined the Impact because I want to be able to have the same rights as other people who are in love. I want to know that if he is in the hospital that I can be there with him. I want to know that our relationship is legally recognized. I'm tired of being a second class citizen. In Michigan civil unions and anything representing or close to marriage is illegal. Love is never wrong! Share your favorites
