I was just reading an article of the marches over the weekend of Oct 10th and 11th. Is there anything going on in Denver that we can participate in!
Let me know and I will get the word out since it is well in advance and on a weekend nobody should have any excuses not to join and stand for our rights! http://www.gayapolis.com/news/artdisplay.php?artid=2459 |

How are there supposed to be 1,000,000 people nationwide if people are forgetting to post the time and location of the protest? Is there a protest happening in Denver tomorrow?
Do you find this valuable?

It saddens and dismays me to know that not all people of color support equal rights for the GLBT community. America will never fulfill its promise until second-class citizenship -- of any kind -- is abolished. I'm also the daughter of a divorced Catholic woman-- who had the option of a civil ceremony --when dogma closed the doors and hearts of her church. How anyone who has suffered the injustices and indignity of discrimination -- of any kind -- can support discrimination against others bewilders and mystifies me. For the religious, the nuns taught me that God is love and he, or she, who abides in love, abides in God and God in her. For civil rights activists who believe gay rights trivialize or diminish our struggle, discrimination of any kind is an injustice and an insult to our struggles, and the work of our gay brothers and sisters --like Rustin and Baldwin -- who fought for freedom for ALL. Freedom is an inalienable right, not a privilege reserved for those you choose to deem worthy. Much love to all oppressed peoples everywhere. And now is the time for America to fulfill its promise to everyone, of every hue, class, gender and orientation.
