ElectedHateCrimes out of Control The numbers are shocking and growing rapidedly
pertaining to the number of individuals working in state, local, county, and government positions of power or influence. Whether, hired or elected these individuals that I have witnessed are using their tax paid positions to inflect unbelievable personal harm and hate crimes against others whom they disapprove of. Gay individuals in the small North Georgia town I lived in until leaving for college, did and do, openly allow these illegal actions. At 18 I was kidnapped, beaten, raped, thrown off a water falls and left for dead. I survived. But, eight weeks later a Crucifix was burned on my parents lawn. Again, Police refused to arrest even though it was witnessed. The same two men that tried to kill me continued harassment. I shot them and moved to college. The town officials stated to me four months ago," They were forcing every Gay from their county and would do such things as, false arrest, physically and emotional harm, Invade privacy to slander, libel intimidate, even make them lose their jobs. The Sheriff stated to me when I mentioned Civil and Human Rights, "Queers don't have any rights, their immoral lives don't allow that." He informed me that if I was ever seen in that county again he would make up a reason to arrest me and he didn't have to answer to anyone for his actions. As I drove out of the City on my way home he had me followed. And since then numerous Civil and Human Rights, Hate Actions, and Privacy Invasion have occurred and I have filed charges with 13 Charges, and preparing a law suit at present. If you have been treated with hate actions, intimidation, harassment, Civil and Human Rights Violations, Slander, Libel, or any other form of discrimination please let me know. Dr. J. Goins, Ph.D.
