Our friends at Civil Rights Front have come up with a brilliant way for us to ensure that LGBTQ issues aren't forgotten as President Obama.

Their idea: buy a postcard from your home town, include a handwritten message, and mail it to the White House.



THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
1. BUY A POSTCARDIt would be great if it had the name of your city or state on it, but feel free to get creative.
2. WRITE A MESSAGE:Dear President Obama,

I have read your LGBT Civil Rights Agenda. Please follow through by asking Congress to change discriminatory policies and confirm your commitment to equality for all Americans.

3. POST A PIC OF YOURSELFTake a photo of yourself with your postcard and add it to THIS ALBUM!
4. MAIL IT TO OBAMA:President Barack Obama

I had a friend mention that a local college still had leftover postcards because many of the students were off on break. is this a continuing project? Should we change the wording/mailing address? It seems a shame to only have a narrow window to do this.

What is it. I didn't know they had num,bers. Is it like the small ones used for like thank you notes and stuff?
