Tentative Location: Hemisfair Park, followed by a march to the Alamo. | A group of us here in San Antonio have begun organizing and planning for the announcement of the California Supreme Court Decision. There will be nationwide rallies or protest, depending on the decision, just as there were in November. The event will be posted on Facebook within the next few days and we will be hosting sign making parties prior to the rally. Our event is tentatively scheduled to take place at Hemisfair Park, followed by a march to the Alamo. The California Supreme Court will give the Plaintiffs 24 hours notice before their decision is made public, so wewill only have those 24 hours toget the actual date out to people. The time will be 6:00 p.m. until? Please stay tuned for further information.This is a Nationwide, grassroots effort. We are asking that you get the word out that San Antonio will be taking to the streets once again! Please feel free to call or email meif you have any questions. We are looking for hosts to sponsor sign making parties. Hosts are asked to provide the materials for makingthe signs. |
