LIGHT UP THE NIGHT FOR EQUALITY | DECEMBER 20, 2008 | 5PM WHAT IS IT? On December 20th, we ask that you join us again for a nation-wide demonstration that will make an impact on the private sector. Candlelight vigils will be held at commercial centers in cities across the country in remembrance of the rights that once were for 18,000 marriages, and in honor of the rights that one day will be again - for EVERYONE.

As a secular humanist, it's increasingly infuriating to watch the slow progress this country exhibits in areas of freedom and equality. That being said, I will not quit, I will only work harder to bring change about. I look forward to joining this gathering Saturday.
Until we all realize that Love is the key to such ills, the struggle will continue for a long time. Let's work together to figure out ways to bring the rest of the country along with us. Example is the first thing that comes to mind, but there has to be more!!!! Ignorance is defeated with KNOWLEDGE..... Yours in Liberty |
