Some easy ways to get signatures on this letter are: 1. Take them to ally rich places such as gay bars, allied church and organization mtgs, college campuses 2. Print a copy and carry it wherever you go (work, class, meeting friends, family gatherings, etc) 3. Send the letter to everyone you know by email asking them to print it and get signatures and forward your email 4. Make sure you're using the official signature page please. It's important for legal and continuity reasons. You can start collecting signatures today! They must be mailed by 1/12 for us to take them to Barack Obama. Adding your contact info is a great way to get volunteers to help you.

LIGHT UP THE NIGHT FOR EQUALITY | DECEMBER 20, 2008 | 5PM WHAT IS IT? On December 20th, we ask that you join us again for a nation-wide demonstration that will make an impact on the private sector. Candlelight vigils will be held at commercial centers in cities across the country in remembrance of the rights that once were for 18,000 marriages, and in honor of the rights that one day will be again - for EVERYONE.

ShowMe No Hate will once again be organizing all candlelight vigils on December 20th. We are in the process of narrowing down spots for the City of St. Louis, the County of St. Louis and a few other notable locations of interest. Please send me any suggestions you might like to be a Vigil Team Captain during the evening. JOIN THE IMPACT - PROTEST PROP 8 ST. LOUIS
On Saturday November 15 2008, across the United States cities will stand with California in a public protest regarding the recent outcome of Proposition 8. At 12 noon, the St. Louis community will gather at the Old Court House (Broadway and Market downtown St. Louis) and speak out against Proposition 8 and the issues around equality for all.
