The Courage Campaign of California has started a photo album on Flickr (a very stable, no membership needed to view photo site).
Please visit the What Can I Do Today page on this website to link to the Campaign: http://jointheimpact.wetpaint.com/page/What+Can+I+Do+Today%3F ...and consider adding a photo, Janet I will be. |

For less than $15 you can make 150-200 knotted white ribbon pins using the instructions at www.whiteknot.org
They are subtle. They cause people to ask you questions, thereby starting a dialog. They are visible and recognizable, as our current culture views pinned ribbons as "standing for" something. They are inexpensive (always a plus!). You can carry a handful with you and give them out. You can wear them at work. A few of my friends and I are having a knot-tying party tomorrow night. Social activity AND community activism, how cool is that? |
