Court House on a Saturday?

I'm just curious as to why in front of a court house that is closed? I mean, aren't court houses and city halls closed on Saturdays? I'm thinking in Corpus Christi, there's not much visibility there... unless there's something I'm missing?

these are places were decisions are made that impact peoples lives. we want to make an impact. kinda symbolic also in a way that the doors are closed as are the ears of many in power.. but our voice is still heard throughout! -'Bobby' Moses Lopez
