1. RE: Are we to send in signature pages only ????

I would like to know too. It seems most logical to send in only signatures. Why would they need multiple copies of the letter anyway? But maybe there's a good reason for that and we don't know. Until we hear otherwise, I suppose the safest bet is to send in everything.

I only sent in my signature sheets, since it says on the page, "Please put the signature pages in the mail no later than January 12." That's what it implies to me anyway.

Here's my unofficial take...The signature sheet refers to the letter. The person that puts their name on the bottom of the sig sheet is verifying that the signers saw (or at least had access to see) the full letter. Amy will put the signature sheets together with a copy of the letter before delivering. So, IMO, there is no need for any copy of the letter in the mailing. That said, I stuck one on top just because it felt good to do it :-) For sure there is no need tor a one-to-one letter:sig-page ratio. For sure not. One letter is enough. jfer Do you find this valuable? |
