If you are interested in Committed Couple Equality for ALL Californians (Same Gender Loving & Different Gender Loving) by substituting the term "domestic partnership" for the term "marriage" throughout California law, while preserving the rights provided in marriage and repealing the provision in California's Constitution that states only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California; please click on the following link:
